Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Little by Mees Kidz webshop.

Offer and agreement

• Products are described as clearly as possible
• Obvious errors (such as pricing errors) are not binding
• The agreement is concluded upon order and confirmation

Prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

Payment

Payment is made in advance using the available payment methods, such as iDEAL and Klarna.

Delivery & shipping

• Shipped within 1 working day
• Maximum delivery time: 30 days
• You will be informed in case of delay

Right of withdrawal (Returns)

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Return costs are at your own expense
• Refund within 14 days of receipt

Return exceptions

Personalised products cannot be returned.

Warranty

Products meet the legal requirements and reasonable expectations. Complaints about defects must be reported within 2 months.

Complaints

Complaints can be submitted by email. You will receive a response within 14 days.

Liability

Little by Mees Kidz is not liable for indirect damage.

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR for:
